CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
1. When you place an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.
2. Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the relevant regulations.
3. Shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
4. The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If delivery is not made, the contract may be terminated.
5. The product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and accompanied by a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
6. If the product cannot be supplied, notification must be made within 3 days, and the payment must be refunded within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the buyer fails to make payment or the payment is canceled, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED USE
If unauthorized use of a card is detected after the product has been delivered and payment is not made, the product must be returned within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the BUYER.
DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, the Buyer shall be informed. The Buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or choose to wait. If the payment was made in cash, it will be refunded within 14 days; if paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the bank, and the bank may transfer it to the account within 2–3 weeks.
OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and, if it is damaged, have a report prepared by the shipping company. The product shall be deemed to have been delivered undamaged if accepted. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with its invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product without providing any reason. Notification must be made using the following contact information:

PERIOD FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1. In the case of service purchases, the period begins upon signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if performance of the service has already begun.
2. Costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
3. Written notification must be provided to the SELLER within 14 days, and the product must be unused.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

RETURN CONDITIONS
1. Payment and documents shall be returned within 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and the product shall be collected within 20 days.
2. Damages resulting from user error must be compensated. The user is not responsible for deterioration resulting from proper use.
3. If the order amount falls below the campaign threshold, the discount shall be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products specially made for personal needs, products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, products whose packaging has been opened, electronic services, digital content, and similar products. Opened cosmetic products, software, CDs/DVDs, and similar items cannot be returned.
DEFAULT
If the buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, the bank may charge interest and related expenses. The BUYER shall be responsible for all damages arising from the delay.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
1. Payment may be made by bank transfer/EFT.
2. Online payment and installment options are available. The order amount will be charged to the credit card at the end of the order process.
